SAITO SENSEI
HITOHIRO SAITO KAICHOU, son and successor of Soke Morihiro Saito is the founder and leader of Iwama Shishin Aikishurenkai. Using the words of its creator, the Foundation aims to preserve and share the great influence of Morihiro Saito Sensei while remaining faithful to the technical and spiritual heritage left by the Founder Morihei Ueshiba. Continually we try to improve through the intensive and systematic practice of kihon, and believe each training session is a unique opportunity to feel closer to the Founder.

By law it is insurance is compulsory for Aikido practice.
There will be a possibility, for those who do not have insurance, to make a temporary insurance only for the duration of the seminar. If this is your case, please contact us.

Etiquette
We ask all the participants to take care of personal objects and to pay attention to the correct form of staying in a dojo. Upon request, the seminar organization can send reading material on the correct dojo etiquette.
Accommodations
Participants staying in the dojo, free of charge, please bring your sleeping bag.
It is forbidden to film and photograph during the seminar.

Appetizer: fruit salad (Apple, lemon, Orange, banana, pineapple, grapes, etc.)

Povo à lagareiro (octopus)

20 cookies’ cakes (creamy cakes made with coffee, biscuits ….) will be served. Also, vanilla ice-cream, chocolate and strawberry

Wiskey, Macieira (delicious Portuguese brandy), Constantino and 1920 (spirits)
